Welcome back to my blog.

Its been literally eons since my last post on here, so I have decided to grace you all with my tremendously entertaining writing skills. A lot has changed since my last post. I got a job, my parents split up, I got an mp3 player. Exciting shit, I know. Doe's, the restraunt I work at, is pretty much the coolest place I could have hoped to work. My boss is great, the managers are cool, and my fellow staff can be some neat people when the want to be. I work in the kitchen, where all the fun happens. This is because it is impossible for employee fun to be had in the dining area of a restraunt. Its bad for business. There are some kick ass dudes working with me back there. Leon, the bright black dude, Larry, the dark black dude, Jack, the white guy from Michigan, Nils, his sister's boyfriend, Laurence, the head cook, and Donovan, the high school guy. There's an entire post for each of these guys, not to mention front of the house staff, so I wont go into details right now. They are all real fun to hang out with.

I reread that story about the party and I was wildly entertained! I couldnt believe how cool it turned out.

Until next time, net friends.

I have anger

I know this about myself, but I rarely admit it. I build rage sometimes. Usually I'm a pretty laid back person. This is because I like peace. I like calm. I hate confrontation. If something is bothering me, and bringing it up will cause disturbance, I put it away. Push it back. "Oh it's not worth it." is the usual reasoning. When I am alone, however, my violence knows little restraint. It's like a Slipknot song or something. There was one time when my DSL crashed out, and I had important MMO business to attend to. I threw fits. Yelling "THIS IS DUMB" as I am wont to do at times of stress. I was apt to punch stuff, and any poor family member who got in the way got my cold stare. I do that sometimes. Give this cold stare, like I'm mad at you but I'm not. It's probably not you I'm mad at, but rather my ISP.

Today at work I let out some rage. I never did inform this blog that I got a new job. Well, blog, I work at a steakhouse washing dishes for the man. That was easy! There was a lot of dishes tonight. It was Friday night, it's now Saturday, but who cares. TONIGHT, it was a large load to handle. Shit just kept coming in. You see, there is a main sink with a long springy spray hose that jets hot water good for getting stuck stuff off pots pans, and plates. This sink also has the sanitizing dishwashing machine set up such that we can slide trays full of dishes in to my right and out behind us. Alternately we can wash things in the three large sinks running perpendicular to the main sink. The cooks dump the crap they've finished using in there for us to clean. So I am stressed out over hell of dishes and one of the bus boys betting me he can finish the entire load in twenty minutes (Basically like dissing my skills, but I pushed it aside like I do). He accomplished his goal but I believe I could have done the exact same thing. According to him I was "moving pretty slow." Cause I had been washing for quite a while. Back to my rage. Let's exaggerate to make it more entertaining here. Reaching into the first of the three large sinks, I find a stack of metal pie-pan like trays used to grill good other than steak. I took each one and threw it like a frisby screaming "THERE'S STILL SO MUCH SHIT!" Haha! It wasn't nearly that bad, but that's funny. I quickly apologized for my outburst even though no one cared. Got out at 11:30. This job is tough, but I'm makin the dollas at even minimum wages. Expect great controversy and emotion from future entries once I am at liberty to talk of such matters. Until then, I'm done.

Truly a weekend to be remembered.

I should edit the names, but I dont even care. It's biased to make me look cool. I take all responsibility for people I made fun of, or made look bad cause that's how I saw it.

It's a long one so grab some soda and chips. Enjoy the read. It was cool to write.

Now compared to a long time ago

Event: Stepping in ants

As a small child: "Oh no!" I would probably yell. I'm going to need the assistance of an adult soon, or these ants will certainly consume my legs. The pain! It's bringing me to the point of wimpering. Running crazily I seek any adult, preferably a woman, to soothe me. Get me some cream on these wounds! I MIGHT DIE!

Just this afternoon at age 18: What is that itchy feeling? It feels almost identical to the itch I got while walking through that tall grass. I'll keep using this weedeater. Dang that stump is kind of rotten...I wonder if there's some...yeah there's definitely ants in there. Alright, let's stop this machine and take a look. Yeah definitely ants. God damn bugs. There are so many on this planet. [Later that day] Look at all the ant pile I'm running over with this lawn mower, haha! KARMA'S A BITCH, EH BUGGIES?

Yeah, ants are dumb. There's only one smart one out of 10,000 in a pile. Of course it's a woman.

Yes this post is at 12:59, and not at 1:00.

Good movie

What the heck?! "The Life Aquatic" is mine kind of movie, and I didn't go see it because of some bad review I read? This only furthers my hatred of entertainment critics. I really need to stop reading that kind of stuff. I just watched it on DVD from the rental place, and I really enjoyed it. Quirky humor and pirates get me every time. The movie gave me a greater respect for Bill Murray, too. Willem Dafoe was great, as well. I love it when I think a movie is funny, but can't describe any of the funny parts because they were so contrived and situational that I would have to play the movie scene by scene and pick out my favorites to write as I watched. Seriously! I love that.

I have a strange craving for fresh baked cookies. *winkwink*

a few of my favorite things

Last night I was peacefully watching some digital cable. The younger brother walks in and sees me flip by a channel that has the new version of "The Texas Chainsaw Massacre" on it. Apparently, that is his favorite movie ever. He demands I switch it back. These days I'm not one for trouble with my younger brother for in days gone by I was quite a prick with him and would constantly start quarrels. I sighed and changed it back. This post isn't about "The Texas Chainsaw Massacre", but let me say right now it is a piece of shit movie. I wasn't having this and decided to mess around with the boy. I started flipping channels and smiled when he started complaining. "Come on, man, change it back!" he whined. So I'd put it back. It was near the point that R. Lee Ermey appeared on the scene with very poor acting, adding to the main cast's already bad performance that I turned to Comedy Central where "Super Troopers" was playing. This brought forth nothing but anguish on my sibling's part. He came out with whines like "I've seen this like a million times, man" and "Change it back" and "You suck." He would take a large object like a pillow and drape it behind him while he sat in front of the TV, laughing. It was all pissing me off. He eventually got the remote in his hands. Fed up I told him "Allow me to overpower you." I Jumped on top of him, and got him in a hell of a headlock. He let out an "Aw shit!" as I grabbed the remote from him. I threw the remote to the side when I saw that I'd put him in some pain. I decided not to further agitate him, and left the room to bring down my anger somehow. This brings me to the deeper meaning behind the post. I love doing things like this to my brother, and realize that one day I won't be able to. He'll either be too big or we'll be too mature (little proofreading note: as I wrote that I realized how not true either of those will be). That makes me sad. I need to keep our physical quarrels alive, because that's how brothers are.

Sidenote- That little shit ate all the snak-packs. Perhaps I'll go hit him.

dream a dream

Mornings are rough for me. It normally goes like this: Alarm blasts, I smack it and get back in bed. This always happens when I'm in the middle of a dream. I hit the clock, and get back in bed as quickly as possible, because I have to resume my dream. This morning, for instance, I had some kind of dispute with an unidentified male, and it resorted to a The Matrix style shoot out in my back yard using staple guns. Mine ended up jamming and the staples went all over the place. My opponent laughed in typical villain style. I have yet to come up with an explanation for that one yet. Are staple guns in my future, and who was that guy? I'll probably never find out.
